Good to Know

Room prices are for the specified number of persons per day, including breakfast buffet. Exclusive of resort tax.

We charge € 200,00 per room as a deposit. This will be fully refunded to your account after your departure, provided that the room is left undamaged and clean at check-out.

• The apartment prices are for the given number of people per day excluding local tax and exclusive final cleaning.
• The final cleaning is based on apartment type and must be paid separately once per stay.
• The cost depends on the size of the apartment, the season and the number of people.
• On arrival or check-in a deposit of € 200,00 - € 300,00 per apartment is to be paid. This will be fully refunded to your bank account after your departure, provided that the apartment is left undamaged and clean at check-out.
• Please dispose of all leftover food, especially empty the refrigerator and freezer compartment.
• Rinse the dishes and put the clean and dry dishes in their designated place.
• Your household waste must be separated!!!

Our rich breakfast buffet is the perfect start to your day. As a guest of our rooms this is already included in the price. As an apartment guest in our house Alt Kaisers you can book this.  If you would like to use this service, please let us know by 18:00 the day before.

We ask for your understanding that we cannot always take short-term breakfast requests on site into account.

• adults: € 19,00 per day
• Children from 3 to 5 years: € 4,90 per day
• Children from 6 to 11 years: € 11,00 per day
• Children from 12 to 15 years: € 16,00 per day

The local tax of € 4.00 per person and day is charged extra.

From 01.11.2025 the local tax will be increased to € 5.00.

• 01.01.2025 to 31.12.2025 all from year 2009 pay tourist tax/2010 and younger are exempt
• 01.01.2026 to 31.12.2026 all from year 2010 pay tourist tax/2011 and younger are exempt

Check-in on the day of arrival is from 7.30 am to 8 pm.

• To make the most of your first day, you have the possibility to check in early on the day of arrival, park your car at your accommodation. We ask for your understanding that the rooms or apartments will not be ready in the morning.
• If the arrival is outside our arrival times or the number of persons of the booked holiday changes, so we ask you to let us know by a short call or a short notification by email as soon as possible.

On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the apartment or room by 10.00 o'clock at the latest.

• In the house Grüner Fidelis Check - Out until 09:00

Please note that check in and check out for all ALPENLIVING houses is only possible at the Apart Hotel Garni Alt Kaisers!

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE HOTEL INDUSTRY

Unless otherwise stated on this page, the following General Terms and Conditions of the Austrian Hotel Industry 2006 apply to all legal questions.

Our cancellation policy at a glance:

• from the booking date 30% of the total price
• from 31 days before arrival 70% of the total price
• from 14 days before arrival 80%
• of the total price from 7 days before arrival or no arrival 100% of the total price

Important:

• The 14-day right of withdrawal pursuant to section 18 subsection 1 sentence 10 FAGG shall not apply.
• Our cancellation conditions are independent of whether the cancelled apartments/ rooms can be rented again completely or only partially.
• We strongly advise all our guests to take out travel cancellation insurance!
